Alona Tal

 Alona Tal, an Israeli-American actress and singer, was born on October 20th, 1983 in Herzliya, Israel. She began her career when she served in the Israeli Defense Forces. Her biggest break came in 2003 when she appeared in an Israeli film. She also appeared in two Israeli television shows at that time. She also experimented with music and recorded several songs in collaboration with Subliminal the Israeli rapper. Tal was able to move the city of New York with her sister. In the song "Party to Damascus", she collaborated in the collaboration with Wyclef Jean from Haiti. American television also helped her make a name for herself, beginning with a recurring role on the television show Veronica Mars. She initially tried out for the role of the lead however the creator Rob Thomas created a new character for her. Then, Tal was offered a regular role of the CBS series. She was on two television series in Israel before making the move to New York. Wyclef Jean recorded a song. Hebrew is her first language. She was second in the character as Veronica on Veronica Mars (2004).Originally auditioned for Veronica Mars (2004) and was Rob Thomas' second choice to play the title role. Thomas was so in love with her that he conceived the recurring character of Meg Manning just for her. She was a member of the Israel Defense Forces. Both her parents are Jewish. Her father is Turkish/Jewish and her mother is Polish/Jewish. She portrays Adrian Monk's spouse, who was murdered in the last episode of Monk (2002).
